Objectifs de la formation

This training course is delivered in English by an English-speaking instructor.
2-day training course (14 hours) on EXCEL advanced.
The course can be delivered in person at our training centre or remotely in a virtual classroom. Training takes place from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
This training course is delivered by our team of certified trainers.
Our training centre is located close to Saint-Lazare train station, in the lively Haussmann shopping district. Groups are limited to a maximum of 8 participants to ensure a more effective and personalised learning experience.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE :
Master lookup functions, database functions, the IF function and nested formulas, create advanced PivotTables, and customize the Excel environment.

Programme

REVIEW
Identify the different types of data: text, numbers and dates.
Write formulas using relative, absolute and mixed references.
EXCEL FUNCTIONS
Text functions: LEFT, RIGHT, MID, CONCAT, etc.
Date functions: TODAY, DAY, MONTH, YEAR, DATE, DATEDIF, etc.
Statistical functions: COUNT, COUNTA, COUNTIF, COUNTIFS.
Mathematical functions: SUMIF, SUMIFS.
Logical functions: IF, AND, OR, IFERROR.
VLOOKUP function.
Nest multiple functions.
WORKING WITH DATA LISTS
Table formatting.
Data validation and drop-down lists.
Data conversion.
Name a cell or range.
Name Manager.
Links between worksheets and workbooks.
PIVOTTABLES
Create and modify a PivotTable.
Display data as percentages.
Group dates by month, quarter and year.
Group data into ranges.
Calculated items and calculated fields.

Résultats attendus

This training course includes the ICDL certification exam (European Computer Driving Licence).
A training certificate is issued at the end of the course.
