Objectifs de la formation

• Comprendre le contenu essentiel de sujets concrets ou abstraits dans un
texte relativement complexe.
• Communiquer avec un degré de spontanéité et d'aisance tel qu'une
conversation avec un locuteur natif ne comportant de tension ni pour l'un ni
pour l'autre.
• S'exprimer de façon claire sur une grande gamme de sujets, émettre un avis
sur un sujet d'actualité et exposer les avantages et les inconvénients de
différentes possibilités.
• Se préparer à l'examen de « Certification Bright Language Anglais
Professionnel » (niveau B1+ au CECRL) mesurant les 5 compétences
(expression et compréhension orales et écrites, interaction orale).

Programme

Unit 1 – Talk: Talk about friendship and communication (Subject and object questions / Friendship and communication);
Describe experiences in the present (Present simple and present continuous / Gradable and extreme adjectives / Word
stress: extreme adjectives); Give and respond to opinions; Write a guide
Unit 2 – Modern life : Talk about experiences of work and training (Present perfect and past simple / Work Present
perfect and past simple); Talk about technology (Present perfect and present perfect continuous / Technology Sentence
stress: main verb / auxiliary verb); Make and respond to suggestions; Write an email giving news
Unit 3 – Relationships : Talk about a friendship (Narrative tenses / Relationships / Linking sounds); Talk about families
(used to vs usually : Multi-word verbs / Sentence stress /multi-word verbs)
Unit 4 – Personality : Describe people and their abilities (Modals and phrases of ability / Ability / Stress with modal
verbs); Describe feelings (Articles / Personality adjectives); Offer and ask for help; Write an informal online advert
Unit 5 – The natural world: Talk about the future (Future forms / Environmental issues); Talk about if and when (Zero
and first conditionals / The natural world); Give reasons, results and examples, Write a discussion essay
Unit 6 – Different cultures: Talk about advice and rules (Modals of obligation / Compound nouns); Describe food
(Comparatives and superlatives); Ask for and give recommendation; Write a review of a restaurant or café
Unit 7- House and home: Describe a building (Modals of deduction); Describe a town or city (Quantifiers / Verbs and
prepositions); Make offers and requests and ask for permission; Write a note with useful information

Atteindre le niveau B1+ dans le cadre du CECRL.
